Movement of Fear 11 November 15th - December 14th 2017
Movement of Fear II, 2012 presents a sequence showing the surveillance of a Rodin sculpture in a museum. This illicit act, "No video, No Photography" is repeated in a highly styled colour-saturated screen: drawing on being 'watched' by gallery or museum security staff, and observing on that behaviour of control and artificial serenity within "the access of privilege". Colvin's film with its rising sense of urgency becomes a kind of miniature horror film-
